This general information is recorded in website server logs. While data may be analyzed internally to determine how to best provide information to visitors to the Foundation website no personal information is collected during the tracking process.
Any personal or professional information collected online, in person, through transactions or by any other method remains confidential. This information will not be traded or shared with or sold to any individual or organization unless the donor or person involved gives us permission to do so. We also never send donor mailings on behalf of other organizations.
In accordance with federal law and the guidelines established by the Federal Trade Commission regarding youth privacy, the Hampton Roads Community Foundation will not knowingly collect any personal information from youth under the age of 13.
