Kim Ross
Kim Ross, the Program Success Manager with Minus 9 to 5, Virginia Quality Birth to Five (VQB5). Before joining the Ready Region Southeastern team, she worked at Virginia Quality, a program that supports providers with quality childcare. She has many years of experience as an educator, education coach, and program director in early education. She is certified in the Infant, Toddler, and Pre-K CLASS and is also a CLASS affiliate trainer for these age levels. Kim earned her bachelor’s degree in early childhood education from Norfolk State University. She believes that, in partnership with families, early childhood educators lay the foundation for children by providing quality experiences and positive interactions for all children.
