Our Steering Committee

Nancy Grden is the President & CEO of the Hampton Roads Executive Roundtable. She lives in the city of Norfolk. She received a BA in Economics from Bucknell University; a Masters in Regional Planning from University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill; and an MBA from  University of South Carolina. She has worked and served in various capacities while in Hampton Roads, including 757 COLLAB, Envision Lead Grow, Women Who Lead, Black Brand, and Norfolk State University.

Nancy’s favorite children’s book is Nurse Nancy, from the Little Golden Book series. Her best memory from kindergarten is chatting with her napping neighbors during rest time.
